Payments and Security
Some requests involve making a purchase on your behalf—such as tickets, a gift, or a reservation. Here’s how payment works and how we keep your information safe.
How Payment Works
When a request requires payment, your Solutions Specialist will provide a secure way to submit your credit card information. We may send you an email containing a secure link, but we will never ask you to send your credit card information directly by email, text, or chat.
Your credit card details are submitted through a secure, encrypted process and are never stored within your request.
Card on File
Your credit card information can be securely stored for future purchases, saving you from having to provide it each time.
For your protection, your CVV is never stored. When a purchase is ready to be made, your Solutions Specialist will provide the purchase amount and ask you to securely provide your CVV and authorize that specific transaction.
What’s Covered vs. What You Pay
Your Solutions Specialist’s time, expertise, research, coordination, and personalized support are included in your Restore the Day VIP membership at no additional service fee.
If your request involves a purchase, you are responsible for the cost of the product or third-party service, such as concert tickets, flowers, gifts, or other purchases, along with any applicable taxes, delivery fees, or gratuities.
We’ll take care of the research, coordination, ordering, and other support needed to help complete your request.
Keeping Your Information Safe
Your payment information is collected through a secure, encrypted process and handled with care. We use your personal and payment information only as needed to provide your Restore the Day VIP services and complete your requests.
If you ever have questions about how your information is collected, stored, or protected, we’re happy to help.
